Plasma Cutting Capabilities:

    •Our plate size burning capabilities are up to 240” x 288” on our twin water tables (23’ x 28’ per table).

    •Offering (6) amperage ranges to process your parts, allowing us to match amperage to material thickness, which is critical to the quality of the part. (Amperage range is 50 – 400 amps.)

    •Using pure oxygen as the primary cut gas eliminates edge preparation for secondary welding procedures.

    •When processing stainless steel and aluminum, we utilize nitrogen as our primary plasma gas and a water mist secondary to provide the edge quality you require.

    •16 gauge through 1.50” for mild, high carbon, and abrasion resistant plate.

    •16 gauge through 1.25” for aluminum and stainless steel.


Oxy-Fuel Cutting Capabilities:

    •½” through 4” for mild, high carbon, and abrasion resistance plate.


    •Four oxy-fuel torches ganged together for productivity.


    •All processed parts are deburred and marked with their corresponding part number if requested.

    •Parts requiring secondary operations can also be performed in house. These include: blasting, wet painting, machining, punching, forming, welding, and rolling.
